Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar, the 18-unit seafood restaurant franchise, has welcomed Samantha Stroupe to the team as its new Director of Operations. With 15 years of experience at Port City Java, Stroupe has been deeply involved in the hospitality industry, working in training and operations roles. With a consistent focus on relationships and education, Stroupe strives to ensure team members have the resources and support they need to succeed in their roles.

In her new role, Stroupe will support Shuckin' Shack's Franchise Partners, promoting operational excellence and brand consistency across all locations. Working hand-in-hand with other members of the leadership team and Franchise Partners throughout the system, she will guide the system toward new operational efficiencies while upholding the truly unique guest experience Shuckin' Shack is known for.
